Perhaps the best bang for you buck, the Versys is bombproof, nimble, easy to ride, super versatile and has a very peppy engine. Check out some reviews of the bike here: http://www.motorcyclenews.com/bike-reviews/kawasaki/versys-650//
*Never been dropped
*Perfect first bike!
I'd love to keep the bike, but a baby is on the way, forcing me to sell. I'm the second owner, bike bought locally in Victoria, always kept indoors in winter, plenty of upgrades to make it truly out-of-the-box road trip worthy:
-Trax side panniers with locks, waterproof liner bags, top mounts for cinching down additional luggage. Incredibly secure but also easy to take on and off
-Tinted MRA touring windscreen with spoiler blade for smooth highway riding (original screen also included)
-Krytonite rotor lock
-Full waterproof Guardian cover (fits over bike even with panniers on)
-Waterproof tank bag
-Mirror extenders for added safety
Sad to sell it, but I'm looking forward to finding it a new home.
